Rustika's Story
Francis Reznick is a renowned Master Pastry Chef with 30 years of experience. She trained as a Chef at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, while her husband, Leonardo Reznick, was studying for his PH.D. in Dentistry at Boston University.

Once Francis and Leonardo moved to Houston from Mexico City in 1993 with three small children, she decided to live out a life-long dream of starting a bakery. This was before all of the cupcake and Cake Boss trends. She taught herself how to decorate cakes and create remarkable Edible Masterpieces.
​
Francis uses only her favorite heirloom recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Not only is the product beautiful to see, they taste just the same.
